- Verbal feedback
- Modeling of good behavior for a variety of situations
- Provide choices in daily activities
- Daily “smiles” or “checks” on agendas
Consequences for Problem Behavior:
- Restate expectation (verbal reprimand/correction)
- Redirect student towards a more appropriate behavior
- Provide Logical and Natural Consequences
- Time-out or “Take A Break”, “Peace” for student to regroup
- Loss of class privileges
- Parent contact or note
- Send to office with referral note
